Small Group TTRPG Skill Building
Mental health skill building through tabletop roleplaying offers a creative, supportive way to strengthen real-life coping and social skills in a low-pressure environment. Through guided gameplay, participants practice communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, confidence, and teamwork while engaging in an imaginative story led by a trained facilitator who intentionally weaves therapeutic goals into each session.
